INCOG Biopharma Services is seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to work alongside the Snr QA Manager and Document Control Supervisor to help develop and champion their document control system. Role Responsibilities:

  • Administer the routing/ review /release/ retirement of controlled documents in the eDoc Management System. Manage the issuance, control, and reconciliation of a controlled copy and record program including Batch Records, Logbooks, QC Method packets, and posted materials
  • Train new employees on the requirements and significance of GDP and controlled document management. Provide technical writing and information design support in document authoring and decision-making. Support INCOG customers with the locating and routing of documentation and records. 
  • Coordinate document and record availability for clients. Lead behind-the-scenes activities for client and health authority inspections, including maintaining documents, records, and other logistics in a state of continual inspection readiness. 

Education and Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Language/ Communications), with at least 2 years of experience in a regulated industry. They will have at least 3 years of experience in designing/ writing/ editing technical documents, along with customer service/ support and public speaking experience. Ideally, the candidate will have moderate to expert level experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
