Head of Human Resources

As Head of Human Resources, you will be driving the people and culture strategy, translating it into plans, activities and initiatives with clear objectives and deliverables.

In this role, you will lead and develop the HR team to deliver excellence in support of the business and its people.

Supporting ongoing change, the successful candidate will be involved with a full range of change initiatives at varying levels across a wide human resources subject matter. And of course, you will be ultimately responsible for the effective operational performance of this busy human resources team.

As an experienced, qualified HR leader, having held senior management positions previously, you will be able to show a track record of success working across multi site, complex matrix organisations.

You will embody the culture and values of the organisation, leading by example to demonstrate the desired behaviours in support of an ethical, positive culture. The ideal candidate will have undergone major change programmes previously, and articulate how they empower their people to challenge the status quo and deliver incredible results.

This role is hybrid, but you should live in or within close proximity to the North East of England.
