QC Compliance Specialist

The QC Compliance Specialist plays a vital role within the QC team. This role will perform lab testing to support finished product and stability sample release and will lead projects for continuous improvements in methods or method execution. Main aspects of the role include:

  • Perform in-depth technical data reviews of all analytical and microbiological testing performed on finished products – ensuring compliance with GMPs.
  • Perform and drive in-depth laboratory investigations to completion. Determine root cause and propose appropriate CAPAs, and support instrument troubleshooting.
  • Manage and maintain Site Stability Program. Assist in the management of method transfers into the QC laboratory, working alongside the QC and QA teams to ensure successful transfer.
  • Lead the organization from a compliance perspective by participating in and representing the QC laboratories in audits of the facility.


The ideal candidate will have a Chemistry or Life Science degree, along with 5+ years of experience within a GMP regulated industry. They will have good experience of data review, compliance enforcement, and laboratory investigations, as well as a strong technical background within testing associated with QC.
