The Senior Facilities and Utilities Technician is responsible for preserving the condition and functionality of our facility systems and business premises.

  • Maintenance and inspection of HVAC, Water-for-injection (WFI) system, compressed gasses, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and plant steam/chilled water systems (etc)
  • Troubleshoot and provide corrective maintenance arising from day-to-day operations
  • Schedule/coordinate repairs, partner with vendors and suppliers, and assist in the development of the budget for the department
  • Conduct quality checks and perform the appropriate preventive maintenance, whilst keeping up to date with modifications, installations, and decommission (etc)

The ideal candidate is a jack-of-all-trades with in-depth knowledge of facility system operations & mechanical aptitude.

  • 8+ years of troubleshooting and facility repair experience in ops or maintenance setting
  • HVAC certification, building maintenance technology, or relevant field experience
  • High school diploma (with technical training) or equivalent military training
