Business Development Director – USA
We are searching for an experienced Business Development Director to help a dominant European CRO to grow its drug discovery services market share in the US. The US team is ramping up, and this role will play a significant part in the company’s continued geographic expansion.
Key Responsibilities
In this role you would be responsible for:
- building profitable annual sales growth and achieving agreed annual sales targets for the drug discovery services portfolio
- targeting client growth opportunities across the US in the biopharmaceutical sector
- building and executing annual territory sales growth plan and providing formal quarterly updates
You
To help continue the growth of this organization, you will bring:
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a life science or business related subject
- 5 or more years of relevant industry experience
- At least 4 years direct field sales experience in the CRO sector
- Demonstrated track record of multiple years sales growth
- Hungry, self-driven, results focused
