Chief Commercial Officer
Our CDMO, PE backed customer is looking to appoint a CCO who will play a pivotal role in establishing the growth strategy, across all aspects of a commercial playbook to deliver an exciting value creation plan.
The CCO, will build, develop and lead a commercial organisation that will be made up of business development, account management, sales operations, and marketing.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate a demonstrable, track record of success across:
- Board level leadership and executive team contribution
- Commercial strategy
- Business Development
- Strategic Account Management
- Complex contract creation and negotiation
- Sales operations, analytics and data management
- Integrated marketing strategy development and execution
Of particular interest to our client is:
- Proven track record of success at executive level from within a CDMO, CMO, or adjacent contract services, preferably under PE ownership.
- Strong network and relationships with the full range of pharmaceutical players and biotech innovators.
- Impressive results delivery evidence, illustrating with tangible evidence their ability to grow significant revenue streams with long term partnerships and collaborations.
- A pedigree building and leading high performing commercial teams.
- Skilled influencing abilities, with a track record of leading significant change agendas in support of growth and value creation plans.
