Remote – United States

A global provider of temperature-controlled logistics solutions, specializing in protecting pharmaceutical products during air transport are seeking a highly proactive Commercial Support Manager (CSM) to support their regional commercial organization. This role drives sales performance, ensures data integrity across systems, and acts as a trusted advisor to Sales VPs and cross-functional leaders.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical and data-storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear commercial decisions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building sales budgets, defining territories, designing sales incentive plans, and analyzing volumes at customer, lane, segment, and product level.
  • Highly proactive mindset: able to independently spot and escalate trends requiring attention (e.g. performance gaps, pricing issues, margin erosion) and take initiative without being prompted.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and commercial reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.
  • High emotional intelligence and cultural fluency across the Americas.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years in commercial operations, sales support, or business analytics.
  • Experience in specialty logistics, life sciences, or pharmaceutical sectors preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
