THE ROLE
The Director of Business Development is a strategic leader responsible for driving new business opportunities, building brand awareness, and identifying high-value target market segments. This individual will lead efforts to develop new clients, manage account development, and oversee proposal processes to generate revenue and contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Identify, research, and pursue prospective new accounts in targeted markets; manage leads through successful closure.

Develop in-depth understanding of target industries, company profiles, projects, and key contacts to shape winning market strategies.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with the technical team, project management and operational teams to ensure client requirements and objectives are met.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field required.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or related fields. Contract Manufacturing or Packaging experience preferred.
