Now, as the organisation looks to the future, they are now looking to appoint a Director of Operations.
As a member of the leadership group, the successful candidate will embed and deliver the businesses priorities, promoting its capabilities in support of engaging new customers and partners. The Director of Operations will embed and evolve a culture that promotes innovation, seeking out collaboration opportunities with pharma and biopharma industry stakeholders.
At a strategic and tactical level, the successful candidate will ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost are managed to the highest levels of scrutiny in line with industry best practice and statutory requirements.
An inspiring leader, who provides energy, guidance and direction to the team, the ideal candidate will have led complex drug substance and/or product operations previously. In doing so candidates will excel with customers, building robust partnerships that demonstrate longevity and collaboration.
We encourage interest from candidates who are currently operating in an operations leadership role, within the subcontract services ecosystem supporting pharma and/or biopharma.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate an impressive service delivery mentality and collaborative approach to complex problems and structures.
Passionate about innovation, it is expected candidates will bring relevant scientific academic qualifications and evidence of continued professional development.
As a leader individuals will bring a clear strategic focus, able to understand trends and opportunities, balancing the immediate priorities of today with one eye on the future. That said they will be equally comfortable switching to tactical challenges when required to deliver the necessary results.
A clear communicator who inspires confidence in others, the Director of Operations will be able to influence internally and externally alike in support of leading the business into the future.
