If you have experience in the following, we’d love to hear from you:
- Experience working within the Life Sciences/Pharma sector doing a similar role.
- CRM & Systems Management – Leading Salesforce administration and HubSpot
- Lead Generation & Qualification – Design outreach campaigns, source, qualify, and hand off leads to BD team.
- Pipeline Reporting & Forecasting – Forecasting, highlighting trends, risks and action points. Develop, maintain, and refine dashboards tracking KPIs, deal stages, and conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Utilise marketing tools and team for tailored campaigns and support the BD team to enhance account development, strategy and sales processes.
- Process Optimization & Enablement – Improve sales process, train teams on all CRM systems and dashboards, consistent data hygiene.
- BA/BS – in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology) preferred.
