Working with a diverse range of partners from innovative start-ups to some of the biggest corporations in the world, this fascinating organisation are at the cutting edge of science and technology.

Since being founded some 20 years ago, they have enjoyed exponential growth and today they employ some of the brightest minds in pharmaceutical and medical technology. Together they operate at the cutting edge, advancing new treatments and approaches to improve the lives of patients all over the world.

In support of their future growth ambitions, they are now looking to appoint a Managing Director to lead this business.

As a member of the executive leadership group, the successful candidate will embed and deliver the business and wider groups strategic priorities.

With innovation at the organisations heart, the Managing Director will be a proponent of creativity, and ensure the business encourages, enables, and stimulates innovation, challenging the status quo and pushing boundaries to further the endeavours of their customers.

As much as the business has science and technology at its core, none of this would be possible without an incredible team of people. The Managing Director will be a skilled commercial operator, who sets appropriate business goals and initiate plans to deliver impressive results. Having worked in a services environment, candidates will demonstrate excellence in developing strategic partnerships with a wide and varied customer group.

We encourage interest from candidates who are currently operating in an executive leadership role, within the subcontract services ecosystem (CDMO/CMO) supporting pharma, biotech, or medical technology.

With that candidates will offer outstanding business acumen, an impressive service delivery mentality and collaborative approach to complex problems and structures.

Passionate about innovation, it is expected candidates will bring demonstrable relevant academic qualification and evidence of continued professional development.

As an executive leader individuals will bring a clear strategic focus, able to understand trends and opportunities, balancing the immediate priorities of today with one eye on the future.

A clear and energising communicator who inspires confidence in others, the Managing Director will influence internally and externally alike to further the interests of the business, its strategic goals, and people.
