About the Role
As a Supplier Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of materials and services provided by Chrysalis suppliers. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Your role will involve conducting audits, managing supplier relationships, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
This is a hybrid position that requires travel between sites in the US.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain supplier quality management systems and processes.
- Conduct supplier audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues and maintain effective communication with suppliers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of supplier quality management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to supplier quality activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP) and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Compensation:
$110k
