Senior MSAT Engineer

To fuel their growth journey, they are looking for a Senior MSAT Engineer to support all facets of Tech transfer, Process Validation, GMP Floor Support, and Continued Process Verification in accordance with cGMPs for clinical and commercial programs.

Main aspects of the role include:

  • Select appropriate equipment and components for GMP manufacturing and develop technical documentation such as Tech Transfer Plan, Gap Assessment, Process Flow Diagram and Process FMEA.
  • Represent MSAT in project teams and communicate directly with customers. Recognized as Subject Matter Expert for the manufacturing processes.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting and investigation of process issues (RCA, CAPA). Provide technical guidance and oversight to Operations and Validation group to support Process Performance Qualification and Continuous Process Verification

About You …

The successful candidate will ideally have some experience in a technical transfer position in pharma or related industry. Alongside that, they will also have a Bachelor’s degree in Science Engineering, and a Master’s degree is preferred. At least 3 years of GMP experience is required.
